Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, tomato, cheese, eggs, onion, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
