Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, eggs, melted butter, ham, cheese, yeast, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
4. Pour the quiche mixture into the prepared pie plate and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
