Cheesy Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 cups of cooked, diced chicken
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Pour the rice and chicken mixture into the baking dish. Spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the rice and chicken.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
