Lemon Pepper Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant.
4. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet.
6. Toss to coat the pasta in the lemon butter sauce.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
