Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice

- 2 chicken breasts, diced

- 1 onion, diced

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 tomato, diced

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the onion, bell pepper, tomato, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve hot. Enjoy!
