Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Tomato
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5. Using a spatula, scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
6. Serve the scrambled eggs with onion and tomato warm. Enjoy!
