Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Tomato

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are well blended.

2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the onion and tomato to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes.

6. Serve the scrambled eggs with onion and tomato hot. Enjoy!
