Scrambled Eggs with Onions and Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.

2. Once the butter is melted, add the onion and sauté until it is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

5. Use a spatula to scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, about 3 minutes.

6. Serve the scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes. Enjoy!
