Recipe Name: Peppered Egg Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
3. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.
4. Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Allow them to cook for a minute or two.
5. Gently scramble the eggs with the vegetables until cooked to your liking.
6. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
7. Divide the scrambled eggs mixture onto the toast slices.
