Pesto-Crusted Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup pesto

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, flour, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together eggs.

4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat each side.

5. Place chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.

6. Spread pesto over each chicken breast.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

8. Serve and enjoy!
