Pesto Pasta with Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, heat the pesto over medium heat.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Serve and enjoy!
