Pesto Pasta with Peppers, Zucchini, and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta (any shape)
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 4 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

3. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in the pesto sauce and Parmesan cheese.

4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.

5. Serve the pasta with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
