Pesto Seafood Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs mussels
- 2 lbs prawns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the mussels and prawns in a large baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and pesto until well combined.
4. Spread the mayonnaise and pesto mixture over the mussels and prawns.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
