Pesto Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1/2 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 cup of pesto
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the mushrooms are softened.

4. Add the pesto and Greek yogurt and stir to combine.

5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve the pasta with additional pesto and Greek yogurt, if desired. Enjoy!
