Picanha with Garlic and Onion Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of picanha
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Place the picanha on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic, onion, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the potato mixture around the picanha on the baking sheet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and the picanha is cooked through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
