Pickled Egg and Offal Stew

Ingredients:

-1 pickled egg
-2 chicken feet
-1 beef tongue
-1/2 lb of liver
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 cup of expired milk

Instructions:

1. Begin by soaking the chicken feet and beef tongue in cold water for 1 hour.

2. Drain the water and place the chicken feet and beef tongue in a large pot.

3. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

5. Add the liver and pickled egg to the pot and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.

6. Add the baking soda and expired milk to the pot and stir to combine.

7. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve the stew hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
