Pickled Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons of pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, pickle juice, olive oil, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, and black pepper.
2. Mix everything together until the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
