Recipe: Piedras de Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 200g chocolate
- 1 cup leche
- 100g mantequilla
- 1 cup harina
- 2 huevos
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, leche, and mantequilla over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the huevos and esencia de vainilla together until well combined.
4. Gradually add the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
5. Slowly fold in the harina until a thick batter forms.
6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter onto the baking sheet to form small rocks (piedras).
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
9. Remove from the oven and let the piedras cool on the baking sheet before serving.
