Pineapple Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients:
-1 lb. pork, cut into small cubes
-2 tablespoons sesame oil
-3 cups cooked rice
-1 teaspoon gochugaru chili flakes
-2 tablespoons gochujang
-2 tablespoons fish sauce
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
-1 cup diced pineapple
-1/4 cup milk
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1 tablespoon corn syrup
-Salt and pepper to taste
-2 tablespoons flour
-2 cups cooked soba noodles
-1/2 cup miso soup
-1/2 cup dashi
-1 tablespoon umami
-1 tablespoon crunchy garlic chili oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the gochugaru chili flakes, gochujang, fish sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the pineapple, milk, sugar, corn syrup, salt, and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add the cooked rice, soba noodles, miso soup, dashi, umami, and crunchy garlic chili oil and stir to combine.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
