Pinto Bean and Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup of cooked pinto beans
-1 cup of cooked long grain white rice
-1 cup of diced tomato
-1 cup of cooked, shredded chicken
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cooked pinto beans and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked, shredded chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve the Pinto Bean and Chicken Rice Bowl warm. Enjoy!
