Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- Assorted fruits of your choice (such as berries, kiwi, mango)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a food processor, pulse the shelled pistachios until finely ground.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined.
4. Stir in the ground pistachios to the egg mixture.
5. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave.
6. Pour the melted chocolate into the pistachio mixture and stir until smooth.
7. Pour the mixture into a tart pan and spread it evenly.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
