Pizza Margherita
Ingredients:
- 250g hard flour
- 1½ teaspoon yeast
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 150ml warm water
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
1. Mix the sieved flour, yeast, salt, and oil in a bowl.
2. Add the warm water and form a ball of dough.
3. Start kneading until the dough is smooth and doesn't stick to the hands.
4. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for 2 hours.
5. After 2 hours, knock back the dough and cover, allowing it to proof again for 30 minutes.
6. Your dough is ready.
7. Add your desired toppings and cheese.
8. Bake in a very hot oven for 20 minutes.
