Recipe Name: Pollo con Arroz y Queso

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts (pollo)
- 1 cup of rice (arroz)
- 2 bay leaves (laurel)
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (nuez moscada)
- Salt (sal) to taste
- 2 tablespoons of honey (miel)
- 2 potatoes (papa), peeled and diced
- 1 onion (cebolla), chopped
- 1 tomato (tomate), diced
- 1 red bell pepper (pimentón), sliced
- 1 cup of milk (leche)
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (cúrcuma)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Black pepper (pimienta) to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter (mantequilla)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (queso)

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, paprika, and black pepper. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté the onion, tomato, and red bell pepper until softened. Add the diced potatoes and rice, stirring to combine.

3. Pour in the milk and add the bay leaves, nutmeg, turmeric, and honey. Season with salt to taste. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

4. Cover the skillet and let it simmer on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and rice, cover again, and let it melt for a few minutes.

6. Once the cheese has melted, remove the bay leaves and serve the Pollo con Arroz y Queso hot. Enjoy your delicious meal!
