Recipe Name: Pollo con Salsa de Tomate y Pimientos

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1 packet of sazonador caldo de pollo (chicken bouillon seasoning)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and sazonador caldo de pollo on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and onion. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the tomato and pepper mixture.
7. Cover the skillet and let the chicken cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top before serving.
9. Serve the Pollo con Salsa de Tomate y Pimientos hot with rice or tortillas. Enjoy!
