Make Pollo e Mele Spaghetti
Pollo e Mele Spaghetti
Ingredients:
-1 lb. spaghetti
-1 lb. carne di pollo (ground chicken)
-2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the carne di pollo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the apples, white wine, parsley, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the Pollo e Mele Spaghetti hot. Enjoy!
