Pollo Fideo con Porotos y Atun

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 cup of pollo fideo
- 1 can of porotos
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the pollo fideo and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the porotos and tuna and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
