Recipe Name: Pollo Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 pan
- 1 pollo (chicken breast)
- 1 lechuga (lettuce)
- Aceite (oil)
- 2 huevos (eggs)
- 1 tomate (tomato)
- 2 pepinillos (pickles)

Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook it in the pan until fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
3. In a separate pot, boil the eggs until hard boiled, then peel and chop them.
4. Wash and chop the lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
5. Slice the cooked chicken breast into strips.
6. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, tomato, pickles, and chicken strips.
7. Drizzle with a little oil and toss to combine.
8. Top the salad with the chopped hard boiled eggs.
9. Serve the Pollo Salad as a delicious and nutritious meal.
