Pommes Frites à la Semoule
Ingredients:
- 2 large pommes
- 1 cup semoule
- 2 oignons, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Peel and cut the pommes into thin strips.
3. Place the pommes in a bowl and add the semoule, oignons, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
4. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the pommes are golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
