Pomodori Basilico Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 pound of pasta of your choice
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
-1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
-1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the basil and red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
