Pomodoro Mozzarella Pasta


- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups of pomodoro sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the pomodoro sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir to combine.

5. Add the mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.

6. Garnish with the chopped basil and walnuts. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
