Pork and Apple Rice Bowl


-1 lb. pork, cut into cubes
-1 cup uncooked white rice
-2 apples, cored and diced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the diced apples and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the uncooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.

6. Serve the pork and apple rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
