Pork and Apple Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients:
-1 pound pork tenderloin
-2 apples, cored and sliced
-2 cups rosemary potatoes, cut into cubes
-2 cups carrots, cut into cubes
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place pork tenderloin in the center of a large baking sheet.
3. Arrange apples, rosemary potatoes, and carrots around the pork tenderloin.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the pork and vegetables.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork and vegetables.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
