Pork and Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 pound of pork grand, diced
- 1/2 pound of chicken wing, diced
- 1/2 pound of pork belly, diced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 pound of beef slice, diced

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork grand, chicken wing, and pork belly. Cook until the pork is browned and the chicken and pork belly are cooked through.

2. Add the garlic, onion, and tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice, tomato paste, soy sauce, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

5. Add the beef slices and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

6. Serve the fried rice hot. Enjoy!
