- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Add the sliced pork to the skillet and stir-fry until it is cooked through and slightly browned. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
