Make Pork and Cabbage Casserole
Pork and Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. pork, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add pork cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add onion, celery, carrot, and potato and cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
6. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
