Pork and Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 pound of pork, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Push the pork and vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side.

5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2 minutes.

6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir everything together.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
