Pork and Mungbean Sprout Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
-1 lb. pork, thinly sliced
-2 cups mungbean sprouts
-1/2 head cabbage, shredded
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon sugar
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, and cabbage and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the mungbean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar and stir-fry for another minute.
6. Serve hot.
