Pork and Papaya Salad with Rosemary Colby Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of pork, cooked and diced
- 1/2 cup diced papaya
- 2 cups of lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup of shredded Colby cheese
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pork, papaya, lettuce, and rosemary.
2. Toss the ingredients together until evenly combined.
3. Sprinkle the Colby cheese over the top of the salad.
4. Serve the salad immediately. Enjoy!
