Make Pork and Rice Pasta

Pork and Rice Pasta

Ingredients:

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 pound pork, cut into cubes
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 1/2 pound pasta (any shape)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the carrot and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Add the uncooked rice and stir to combine.

6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

8. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

9. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the pork and rice.

10. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

11. Serve hot. Enjoy!
