Pork and Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb. pork, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup arvejas
- 1/2 cup diced pimiento
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion, garlic, and pimiento and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add the arvejas and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and mustard. Pour the mixture over the pork and rice and stir to combine.

7. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
