Pork Bondiola with Zucchini and Onion
Ingredients:
-1 lb. bondiola
-1 onion, diced
-2 zucchinis, sliced
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the bondiola and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the onion and zucchini and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
