Pork Chop and Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

- 4 pork chops
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.

6. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cover with the tomato sauce.

8. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

9. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

10. Once the pork chops are cooked through, remove from the oven and serve over the cooked spaghetti.
