Pork Chops with Green Apple
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 green apple, cored and diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add pork chops. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
4. Transfer pork chops to a baking dish.
5. In the same skillet, add the diced green apple, chicken stock, and minced garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Pour the apple mixture over the pork chops.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
8. Serve and enjoy!
