Pork Chops with Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients:
-4 pork chops
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
4. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
5. Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
6. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
8. Place pork chops in an oven-safe dish.
9. Top pork chops with the onion and vegetable mixture.
10. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through.
11. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
