Pork Chops with Rice and Tilapia

Ingredients:

- 2 pork chops
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup morell mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and morell mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the uncooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

6. Transfer the rice and tilapia to the baking dish with the pork chops. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

7. Serve the pork chops with the rice and tilapia. Enjoy!
