Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork mince and onion and cook until the pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
