Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the sliced pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
3. Push the pork to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the pork and eggs.
5. Season the fried rice with pepper, salt, and soy sauce. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
6. Add the chopped green onions and continue to cook for another minute.
