Pork Fried Rice with Bananas and Dates
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup diced dates
- 1 cup diced bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground pork and cook until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the dates, bananas, and oats and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice and broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot.
