Fish and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pound of white fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the onion, potatoes, and fish.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
