Potato and Deli Meat Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 biscuits, crumbled
- 1/2 lb deli meat, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Place the sliced potatoes in the baking dish.
4. Top with the diced tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
5. Sprinkle the crumbled biscuits over the vegetables.
6. Top with the diced deli meat.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
8. Serve and enjoy!
